Course update

Following Saturday’s tragic events at the Shoreham Air Show we have decided to shorten the swim courses and avoid the Old Toll Bridge (which we normally swim under) as this is currently being used a flower memorial and a quiet area for reflection by the community. As a mark of respect we will observe our own minute’s silence on the slipway prior to the start of the race (1125hrs).

The 3.5k swim is now 2.7k

The 2.5k swim is now 2.1k
