The Formula 5 Duathlon takes its name from the number of legs in the race … 5! This will see you run, bike, run, bike and then run again over short distances to keep the pace and heart rate high!

An early season race for beginners to get their first taste of a multi-sport event and also perfect for the hardcore athletes to test their legs after the winter period. Not to mention, the transition training!

The run course will be completely within the bowl, giving excellent visability of all the other athletes taking part, while the cycle sections will use a 1 mile course around the National Bowl. Our courses will be entirely closed to traffic so there’s no looking out for cars, just the other riders and runners around you.

We’re also offering a relay team option, which will be completed over the sprint distance with teams of two; one runner and one cyclist.
