SUPs are provided (In the interests of fairness we are not allowing anyone to use their own SUP boards). All SUPs will be provided and allocated on a random basis.

Training sessions

We are running a SUP masterclass on Saturday 11th August for entrants to learn the skills necessary to get you around the course. These sessions can be booked at the same time as you enter.

Sessions are as follows: 09:30 to 10:30, 10:30 to 11:30, 11:30 to 12:30, 13:00 to 14:00, 14:00 to 15:00

Each session will be coached by a qualified SUP instructor. You can book these sessions in the same way that you enter the race and at the same time.

Race information

Adults (Solo or Relay of 2 or 3): 1400m SUP, 10km off-road bike, 3km cross-country run

Children: distances vary according to age on day of race

NOTE: All children must have an appropriate adult present on site at all times
