The third Ørsted Great Grimsby 10k will take place on Sunday 22nd July 2018. This is a really popular race in the calendar and is expected to fill up fast.
You will finish in a spectacular Victorian Park to be welcomed by thousands of spectators.

Entry pricing
10k entry (age 15+) is £15 or £13 for UKA affiliated runners. (Please note that our online entry partner, Results Base, will add a 1.5% processing fee to your total order)
The basic (before any UKA discount) price will rise to £17 on July 2nd, to £19 on July 9th and to £20 on July 16th
Please note your UKA affiliation will be checked during entry and the discount applied at that point. (Welsh and Scottish Athletics members have their equivalent discount option).
Entry transfers are now CLOSED, please contact us direct if you have special circumstances. Please do NOT just try to edit the name of the athlete - this doesn't transfer anything to anyone and the entry will become void.
PLEASE NOTE: This is a new online entry system for 2018 and you will need (if you don't already have one) to create a 'profile' (account) on the Results Base system - you cannot use the login details you had for 2017 or 2016 as that's for a different entry service.
Late entries
For entries after noon on Friday 13th (when online entry closes) please download THIS FORM, complete it and bring it with the correct entry amount (see form!) in cash to the Registration Desk on the day of the race.
Prizes
Cash prizes are offered for the first (£250), second (£150) and third (£100) places for both male and female.
Under 20s trophy for first male and female in this category.
Veterans prizes for first male and female in the following categories: M40, M45, M50, M55, M60, M65, M70, M75, M80+ and F35, F40, F45, F50, F55, F60, F65, F70, F75, F80+
Corporate Challenge trophy for the top three teams (mixed, first four in each team to count) - you can join or create a team as you enter
Running Club Challenge (first four male and first four female runners to count)
Event details
The Ørsted Great Grimsby 10k course is flat and on wide tarmac roads (except the last 100m which is on grass) and it is an inclusive event encouraging entries from all runners irrespective of their ability or disability.
We encourage anyone who has any concerns about the course and whether or not it is suitable for their individual circumstances to contact Nicola by email (nicola@tape2tape.co.uk) or telephone 07919 603 800. Any visually impaired athlete is encouraged to run with a guide, who should wear a hi-viz tabard denoting their role.
