The Tuska sprint triathlon is held in the Welsh seaside town of Porthcawl. The 750m swim takes place at Coney Beach starting and finishing on the slipway. A short distance from the swim is the transition area overlooking the harbour. Leaving the transition area the bike section is mostly flat until you reach the moderate inclines that lead up to stormy down and the fast decent down three steps hill into Porthcawl and back to the transition area. The run route is out and back along the coastal path returning to the transition area for the finish. There are plenty of spectator viewing opportunities for the swim, bike, run and transition areas.

All entrants are required to produce their current (2018) Triathlon Federation licence at registration. Anyone failing to produce a licence will be required to pay a Day Licence fee of £5.

An administration fee of 5% will be applied to each order by our online entry system partner, Results Base.
