The Dalby Forest 5 mile Head Torch race, January 26th 2019 will be the first in a three race series of No Ego Challenges in Winter 2018. The 5 mile course takes place on the tracks and trails through the mighty Dalby Forest, North Yorkshire.

This race will be on single tracks and trails through the forest, mostly unused by the public and some only run on for our event. Head torch racing is fun and challenging; don't forget your sense of humour. You will get dirty, so be prepared.

This is Pure Trail Running, in the dark!

If you don't have a head torch they can be purchased on line from around £15.00 or just use a hand-held torch.

Head torches WILL NOT be on sale on the night of the event.

For insurance purposes the minimum age for this event is 16 years old on the night.

Timetable

Registration opens in the Dalby Forest Visitor Centre at 4:45 pm.

Pre race briefing 5.50 pm.

Race start time 6:00 pm.

Entry price

Individual entry price is £13.75 plus the Results Base Transaction/booking fee of £1.00 per entry.

Please note, there will be NO on-the-night entry for this event.

Entry limit for this event is 650 due to parking restrictions at Dalby Visitor Centre and registration will close when this number is hit.

First five male and female finishers receive an event tech t-shirt, these will also be on sale on the night at the venue.
