The Terry O'Gara 5k is a fast and flat race, virtually traffic-free, in North Tyneside.
It takes place on the 28th April at 10.00am at the West Allotment County Park, The Silverlink North, NE27 0BY (map).
Every competitor gets a commemorative T-shirt and chip timing is included.
The race is run under UKA Rules: UKA 2019-37021
Entry fees
Entries before January 31st 2019 will be £11 with a £2 discount available to British Athletics/UKAA members.
General entry from February 1st 2019 will be £14 with a £2 discount available to British Athletics/UKAA members.
Please note that during the registration process your British Athletics/UKA membership will be checked and if valid the appropriate discount will be applied. Scottish Athletics and Welsh Athletics members can also obtain the discount by entering their membership number into the appropriate field.
An administration fee of £1 per entry will be applied by our online entry system partner, Results Base.
Entry on the day (subject to a field limit of 350) £16 or £14 for UKA members.
There will also be a kids fun run at 10am which will be £3 (entry on the day only), This race is not timed but all competitors get a goody bag.

First three men and women: First £75, Second £50, Third £25
Veteran Male (40, 50, 60, 70): First £10
Veteran Female (35, 45, 55, 65): First £10
There are also prizes available for setting a new course record.
