Welcome to the RAF Scampton Duathlon, a day of racing for the whole family. There are a full range of Junior Events from TriStars Start through to Youth races, which form the first event in the 2019 EM Junior Series. With an adult race as well in the afternoon, this is also a perfect event for anybody from a complete novice looking to do their first duathlon or the more experienced athlete to sharpen up at the start of the 2019 season.

All events take place on the airfield taxiways and perimeter roads used by the Red Arrows, which means you have the opportunity to race in a safe and traffic free environment and on a course which is flat and fast. We pride ourselves on delivering a fun and friendly event that is open to all. This was recognised in 2017 with the event being awarded the East Midlands Kids Event of the Year!

Given the success of the event and the layout of the course with the start, finish and transition all being centrally located it gives supporters the opportunity to see the racers in all disciplines of the event from some excellent viewing locations.

Distances and Prices

Please note that ALL children should enter the Kids Duathlon - you can then choose the correct age category and the distances that you will race over are shown below.

Please note, if you have registered for the race using a BTF membership number you MUST present your membership card at registration or you will be required to pay a supplement for a Day Licence. Any relay team member not presenting a BTF membership card at registration will also be required to pay the Day Licence supplement.
