The third instalment in the Cardinham Summer Series 2019 is the 10k (moderate). Here we start to mix it up a bit, chuck in a pinch more gradient with a smattering of cycle trail! The course will be 1 x 10k loop through the forest with a water station along the route.

All competitors will of course receive a Cardinham Summer Series medal with the 10k ‘moderate’ coloured ribbon!

Registration for this event will open on Friday 22nd February at noon, so why not take advantage of our limited early bird entry price of £18!

(Minimum age of entry is 14 years, all children must be accompanied by an adult at all times).
