One last herculean cardiovascular effort before you dive headlong into mince pie season.

The event takes place at Cardinham Woods near Bodmin in Cornwall.

We have included a Canicross section, canicross will start 5 minutes before the main field.

There is no cut off time for this event, we just want you to cross that finish line.

Minimum age is for the 5k is 8 years, 10k is 14 years, 16 years for all Canicross entries.

Final race day information will be posted in the event on facebook closer to race day, race numbers will be picked up from race registration on race day.
