Can I defer my entry / have a refund / transfer my place?
  • We do not offer refunds at Big Cow Sports 
  • Requests to defer your entry to the same event in the following year must be submitted via e-mail at least working 30 days before the date of the event. We reserve the right to refuse deferral of your entry at any point. A place which has been deferred once may not be deferred again.
    • Close to next year’s event an email will be sent out containing a link to re-register for the event of which a £5 fee will apply. 
  • Participants are able to transfer their entries to another athlete online up until the 20th September. 
How long before the event should I arrive?
  • Athletes should arrive for the start of their wave, ready to race. We advise leaving all belongings in your vehicles.
Do you have a bag drop?
  • We do not have a bag drop.
How do I get my race pack?
  • All race packs will be posted out.
Can I change distance on the day?
  • No transfers can be made of any kind. 
Are there toilets?
  • There will be a number of portaloos at the venue.
Is there a changing area?
  • There is no changing area.
Where will I be able to see the results? Is the event dog friendly?
  • We advise against having spectators at the event to reduce the amount of bodies at the venue.
Can I take my race pack and number home with me?
  • All race numbers can be disposed of after the race.
