Purple Gecko Events presents ‘Man Up & Down’, a 20k coast path trail run in association with Man Down Cornwall. ‘Man Down’ is a Cornwall based group offering a safe space to meet the current emotional and mental health needs of men who are struggling to cope with the everyday pressures facing them in our modern society.

‘Man Up & Down 2020’ is a 20k trail along the North Cornish Coast starting at 9am on Sunday 14th June. Setting off from Portreath, navigating the iconic, rugged, North Cornwall coastline and ending at the Watering Hole in Perranporth:) There will be feed stations at Porthtowan and St.Agnes, there are no cut off times, every runner will receive a medal.

To help raise funds for this CIC, £5 from every entry will go straight to Man Down Cornwall and help provide much needed support within our community. In addition we will send you a Man Down Cornwall sponsorship form to help you raise donations if you elect to get sponsored.

All participants must be 18 years of age or above, further detail will be posted on our website and Facebook page, final race detail will posted closer to race day.
