Our annual ROC 5k race around Truro is now going virtual. Join our truly accessible event between September 19th and December 31st - the possibilities are endless.

Do you want to truly ROC This Year? Let's face it, it's been an odd one!

So whether it's walking, running, cycling, swimming (or even surfing), there's a way for everyone to safely get involved and earn a medal.

Please join us and ROC This Year by getting friends and family to sponsor you - this year we've gone virtual so no matter where people are in the UK they can join in with you. It's a way to keep connected across the miles.

Remember, it's completely up to you how far or for how long you want your chosen activity to last, whilst following the latest government guidelines.

We are asking everyone to raise at least £30 in sponsorship which, for example, would buy 5 new chickens for Boscawen Farm in Truro. Boscawen is a working farm where people with learning disabilities learn farming and horticultural skills, to move them towards employment wherever possible.
