Druridge Bay Beach-Trail Events 2021

We are delighted to announce that our first Trail Runs Event at Druridge Bay will now be on 27/6/2021! 

There will be a staggered start, socially distanced 1/2 marathon, 10k & a family 5k with runners setting off in groups of 6 every 1-2 minutes. The 1/2 Marathon and 10k have sections of the run on the actual beach which is mainly firm sand.

A wooden medal and technical t-shirt for all finishers in the ½ marathon & 10k! A protein bar, beer or a soft drink will also be on offer.

5k runners will receive a medal, protein bar and a beer or soft drink. All local & national Social Distancing guidelines at the time of the event will be adhered to.

On entry you will be asked if you wish to enter a team which can consist of 6 runners who will all start together. Alternatively, you can enter an expected finish time and run with people of similar ability in a group of 6. Each group will set off 1-2 minutes apart.
