Welcome to The Coast to Coast Copper Trail!

An 11.5 mile trail run on Saturday 8th May 2021 from Portreath on the North Coast of Cornwall all the way across to Devoran Quay on the South Coast! No cut off time, with a checkpoint approaching the halfway point with fluid and salt / sugar snacks available.

This way marked trail follows two historic transport routes across Cornwall first opened in 1812, helping the mines transport copper to the ports of Portreath and Devoran.

This event is subject to restricted numbers and will run in a socially distant, COVID-secure manner with separate waves and independent starts.

All runners will receive a Coast to Coast Copper trail medal and there will be awards for 1st, 2nd, 3rd male and female.

This event will be timed, runners will be issued with a map to assist them on race day, all runners must be carrying fluid and a mobile phone. The minimum age for this event is 18 years. There is no transport provided for runners on this event.
