Tom Crossland is running 1,900 miles around the coastline of England and Wales over 87 days (that's 21 miles per day) to raise awareness the exploitation of refugees through human trafficking and modern slavery, with an estimated 40 million people in modern slavery in the world and 130,000 in the U.K. alone.
The time to act is now. Join Tom on his journey by covering the same distance as him, either as team or on your own. Entry price is £15 per person and this includes a medal.

- the Walk/Run option as an individual or a team of up to 10 people combining their efforts, or to
- the Bike/Run option which is for an individual or a team of two.
