Vest numbers and timing chips will be sent out in advance to the address you registered for the athlete.

Fees
UKA Affiliated club runners £20 *
Non-affiliated runners £22
* Please note that your British Athletics/UKA membership will be checked during the registration process and if valid the appropriate discount will be applied. Scottish Athletics and Welsh Athletics members can also obtain the discount by entering their membership number into the appropriate field at the same point in the registration process.
A booking fee of 6% will be applied to each entry to cover administration costs.
There is no 'on-the-day' registration and there will be no waiting list in operation.
However, runners who can no longer participate can transfer their race entry to another runner up to the point when runner numbers are issued. Full instructions on how to make a transfer can be found here on the Results Base website. If you wish to offer a place please use the hashtag #Adnams10k on Facebook, Twitter or Instagram.
Individual and Team Prizes
- 1st three male and 1st three female finishers
- 1st non-UKA-affiliated work or social team (excludes running or sporting groups and teams)
- Fastest non-UKA-affiliated local runner (from Southwold, Reydon or Wangford)
Goodies and official race charities
All finishers can look forward to an Adnams 10k race bag containing a medal, a bottle of Adnams beer (over 18s only, sorry!) and other goodies too.
All proceeds will be donated to Charity.
