The Cardinham Winter 5k / 10k returns on Sunday 6th February 2022!

Take part in a timed trail run at Cardinham Woods near Bodmin, in a spectacular woodland setting!

2 distances to choose from, no cut off times, Canicross welcome, personalised bibs, everyone receives a Winter Series medal with the Cardinham 2022 ribbon, awards for first male & female in each category!

10k course for the 10k, separate 5k course for the 5k, no laps! 
10k Canicross - 8am
10k - 8.05am
5k Canicross – 8.10am
5k - 8.15am

Minimum age for this event is 8 years for the 5k ,14 years for the 10k and 16 years for Canicross, children must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
