The Trilateral 40!
40km of mixed terrain taking in some iconic Cornish landmarks as you go. Starting at the waterfront in Fowey. you'll have 3 legs to contend with...
- Fowey to Helman Tor – The Hilly Bit - Follow the Saints Way North along 16km of trail and country lane up to & over one of the highest points in Cornwall, through pretty villages & valleys and via checkpoint 1 (11km)
- Helman Tor to Gribbin Head – The Gentle Bit - Follow the Saints Way south west through sleepy Luxulyan where youl'll find your 2nd checkpoint (21km) and veer off towards Par (Checkpoint 3- 30km) then onwards to Gribbin Head
- Gribbin Head to Fowey – 6km of undulating coast path and stunning coastal views through Polridmouth & Readymoney Cove back to your finish point at the Royal British Legion in the centre of Fowey waterside
40km, 3 feed stations, self navigation, (you will be issued with a map and GPS tracker)
You will have 8 hours to complete this race.
Every runner receives a medal and we will have awards for the top finishers!
