Swimarathon 2020 – Saturday 29th February 2020

So what are your plans for the extra day this year? Not sure? Then come along and be part of the biggest swim in the world at Rotary Elgin's Swimarathon on Saturday 29th February.

You can make a splash in Moray Leisure Centre either from 12 noon to 1pm or from 1pm to 2pm in Elgin. Or if you can’t make it at that time, then come along to Lossiemouth Swimming Pool from 4pm to 5pm.

The aim! To help us raise funds to eradicate Polio across the world and also support other Rotary Elgin Charitable causes at home and abroad.

Is it for me?

This exciting event is open to people of all ages and abilities and is for individuals or teams of up to 5 members to swim for up to 1 hour. Each entrant should complete at least 6 lengths of the pool and get their friends, colleagues and families to sponsor them.

Sponsorship

The entry fee is £10 for adults & £5 for under 12’s, with sponsorship also being expected.

Teams can be entered by any groups such as schools, sports clubs, youth clubs, businesses, shops, voluntary organisations and families.

This is a great opportunity to enjoy a fun swim, help others and help others across the world and in our local community. Come along and make a difference!

Data Protection

The Rotary Swimarathon is organised by members of Rotary Elgin. To run the Swimarathon efficiently, our committee needs to record information about individuals and teams that enter. We may also record swimmers’ names so that they can be printed in local newspapers and Rotary news related articles, including publishing on the internet and our social media channels.
