I confirm that by completing this online entry that permission has been given by Parent / Guardian to the person under 18 taking part and understand and we accept all terms and conditions of entry.
Photography
I understand that photographs are taken at Rotary Elgin events and that some of these may be used for general promotional or PR purposes and that if I would like any photograph deleted from any Rotary Elgin medium I can contact the Rotary Elgin team at secretary@elgin.rotary1010.org I consent to photographs being published by press attending the event.
Cancellation Policy
We are sorry we are unable to give refunds, or facilitate the transfer of entry to another person.
As organisers we will do everything considered reasonably possible to ensure the event proceeds.

The Rotary Swimarathon is organised by members of Rotary Elgin. To run the Swimarathon efficiently, our committee needs to record information about individuals and teams that enter. We may also record swimmers’ names so that they can be printed in local newspapers and Rotary news related articles, including publishing on the internet and our social media channels.
