West Glam XC - Round 4 - Kenfig Nature Reserve - hosted by Cornelly Striders

The fourth race of the series will take place at Kenfig Nature Reserve, see course map below.

Registration will be open from 8:45am. All pre-registered numbers will be sorted into clubs, so to save time can only team captains collect these.

The race is limited to 450 runners and will close when this limit has been reached. There will be NO on the day entry.

You need to make sure that you have selected the correct team and gender when entering.

If you are an affiliated runner, you MUST put down your Welsh Athletics URN. Without this, you will be contacted to pay the additional £2.The race will start at 10am for the Men and 10:05 for the Women.

Spikes are NOT permitted, trail shoes are advised but not compulsory.
