We will have plenty of savory and sweet foods for you to eat on route. Malt loaf, flapjack, bannanas, etc and also tea, coffee and plenty of good old fashioned water.
If you are doing the 100 k route you will have a feed station at Salford village, if you are doing the 100 mile route you will have two chances to get food.

Timed climb
We are planning to time the climb at Great Brickhill, this will be timed twice if you are doing the 100 mile. We also looking at videoing this climb, so make sure while you are in pain that you save yourself enough energy to smile!!
Spectators
There plenty of good vantage points on the route, but I can suggest the climb at Great Brickhill and the pub the Red Lion. The other option (another great pub) is at the feed stops at Salford and the fantastic Swan with fantastic food and fine beers. Afterwards why not visit the new Prince George Pub and say hello to our hosts.
