The Poole Swim (The event is now Closed)

With a rectanglian swim course that tracks the coast down the Sandbanks Peninsula and back, this really is sea swimming at its best. The Poole Swim includes swim distances of 750 metres, 1.5 kilometres and 3 kilometres, making it perfect for beginners and experienced sea swimmers alike.

Safety cut-off: due to safety reasons and the changing tides a final cut-off time of 2 hours will be enforced from the designated start time
Wetsuits: the use of wetsuits is permitted. Neoprene gloves and booties may also be used.
Local Poole Lifeguards and qualified medical personnel will be on-site to ensure a safe swim, together with the experienced and highly professional Bspoke water safety and event crew.
Swimmers will receive an event swim cap and an exclusive Swim Series medal. Event-specific T-shirts are also available for purchase via the event entry page.
Every finisher will get a superb goodie bag from activbod.
