The Chicks & Chaps Winter Series of runs is 2 races in 1. A race ‘just for the girls’ followed after by a race ‘just for the boys’ providing a stress-free 5k and 10k run at various venues around Milton Keynes.

This race will be slightly different from the first 2. We will be setting the chaps off with a handicap based on the time differences between the chicks and chaps in the first 2 events. There will be separate waves for the 5k and 10k men to make it fair for both races! Will the chicks hold off for the win or will the chaps race through to take victory?

All the events offer both 5k and 10k runs, the course is always a 5k loop and anyone doing the 10k will get a 5k split time as they start the second loop. 

Venue information

The third race of the series will be based at Willen Lake, next to the miniature railway and water sports centre. 
This is different from our previous years as the Willen bowl is now being renovated.

Event timetable

Women: registration from 8am, races start from 10am

Men: registration from 8am, races start from 10am based on handicap time.
