Entries on the day will be taken if the event is not full at an additional cost of £3.00 on the above prices.
Please note that during the registration process your British Athletics/UKA membership will be checked and if valid the appropriate discount will be applied. Scottish Athletics/jogscotland and Welsh Athletics members can also obtain the discount by entering their membership number into the appropriate field.
An administration fee of 6% will be applied to each order by our online entry system partner, Results Base.

Race numbers & race day information
Race numbers etc. will be issued at race registration. If any updates are required to the race information they will appear on this page as well as the Sport in Action website.
Registration will take place between 10:00am and 11:30am
Under 18 Junior
Open 18 to 39, and then 10-year age gaps i.e. Vet 40 (40 to 49) and so on
The routes are 5k & 10k and use a mixture of quiet country roads which are generally flat or gently undulating. The road surfaces are generally okay. Caution should be taken at all turns, paying attention to marshals wherever necessary. The runs will finish directly in front of the racecourse grandstand. Athletes are requested to follow the race director’s instructions and be aware of the dangers of cars and cyclist.
This is an officially measured and certified accurate course by the Association of UK Course Measurers.
A full course risk assessment will be on display at the event HQ on race day together with maps of the route, the race permit and the measurement certificate in accordance with UKA rules (Permit No TBA).
Race Safety Briefing
The race briefing for both 5k and 10k runs will take place at 11:35am.
The prizes for the 5k will occur as soon as possible after the last competitor has finished. The prizes for the 1st 2nd and 3rd Male & Female finishers will take place approximately 50mins after the start. The remaining prizes will be presented when the last person crosses the line.
Prizes – 1st, 2nd and 3rd Male & Female. Age group prizes will be awarded as follows:
Male or Female age groups with less than 15 competitors 1st place only.
Male or Female age groups with 15 or more competitors 1st and 2nd place
Male or Female age groups with 25 or competitors 1st, 2nd and 3rd prizes will be awarded.
Any age grouper that finishes in an overall prize position (1st, 2nd or 3rd Male or Female) will receive the overall prize. That age group prize will then roll down to the next person in that age category. The third place prize will not be less than the age group winner.

Up until December 26th 2017 all withdrawals will subject to a 50% charge to cover the costs of processing the entry and refund. After this date no refunds will be given.
