One-off race and short ‘counter’ for the 2018 English Fell Running Championships (Sponsored by Pete Bland Sports and Inov-8). 4.5miles, 1800ft over Threlkeld Knotts and Clough Head, starting and finishing near the race HQ at the Threlkeld Cricket Club.

Entry Closed and there will be no entry on the day.

Women’s race starts at 12pm, the Men’s race is at 1.15pm.

Registration from 10am. Prize-giving 2.15pm

The race will be held under FRA rules and you must come to the race prepared to carry full FRA kit (see the FRA Requirements for Runners). Random kit checks will take place before and after the race.
