The Cornwall & Devon Canicross series returns, starting with the first leg at Tehidy Country Park in Cornwall.

On Saturday 19th September 2020 we have 5k and 10k time trial trail runs through Tehidy Woods for you. The course will be a signposted 5k loop, 10k runners will complete two laps.

In order to help keep this event Covid Secure there will be a maximum of 25 runners in each race, registration for each event will be independent and 30 minutes prior to the start. Temperature checks will be taken at race registration, entry will be online only, with no entries on the day at race registration.

5k race - 5.30pm
10k race – 7pm

Social distancing will be maintained at race registration, race start and the race finish. Whilst on the course runners are reminded to maintain social distancing. Starts will be individual, with 5 second intervals in between each runner.

The top five entrants in each category will gain championship standing points to carry through to the next round.

Every runner will receive a C&D canicross series medal with the Tehidy 2020 ribbon.
