Cowman City Virtual Trail Duathlon 2020-2021
The Cowman City Virtual Trail Duathlon has become a virtual event, but that does not mean that it still can't be fun! To get the full physical effect in a virtual world, we've left the route we would have been following down below in case you want to give this a go!
However, if you aren't local to Milton Keynes, why not challenge yourself and find a cycle route that shouts CYCLOCROSS or is just as equally undulating.
Finally, for those runners taking part in the 5k and 10k, take the time to go and find your favourite route and unleash the running beast inside you!

Duathlon distances can be completed over numerous days if the participant needs to.
EVENT REWARDS
All duathlon finishers will receive an awesome medal and t-shirt - (Please note this is a 2020 event, the medal is dated, although the t-shirt is not).
All 5k and 10k finishers will receive an amazing medal!
Rewards will be sent out when athletes are finished and have uploaded their times.
