‘Man Up & Down’ returns once again in 2022! A 20k coast path trail run supporting Man Down Cornwall, who offer a safe space to meet the current emotional and mental health needs of men who are struggling to cope with the everyday pressures facing them in our modern society.

‘Man Up & Down 2022’ is a timed 20k trail along the North Cornish Coast starting at 8am on Saturday 24th September. Setting off from Portreath, navigating the iconic, rugged, North Cornwall coastline and ending at the Watering Hole in Perranporth:) There will be checkpoints at Porthtowan and St.Agnes, there are no cut off times, every runner will receive a medal.

To help raise funds for this CIC, £5 from every entry will go straight to Man Up Cornwall and help provide much needed support within our community. In addition, we will send you a Man Down Cornwall sponsorship form to help you raise donations if you elect to get sponsored.

Optional extras include a return shuttle from Perranporth back to Portreath and a Man Up & Down 2022 Tech top!

All participants must be 18 years of age or above, further detail will be posted on our website and facebook page, final race detail will be posted closer to race day:)
