Lakesman Lakes-Swim 2022

It’s official! The Lakes-swim is here.

On the Friday night of the Lakesman weekend, there will be 3 swim events to choose from taking place in the lovely waters of Derwentwater.

Choose from 500m, 1000m and 1900m courses. Setting off from the home of the Lakesman start, on the foreshore, the 500m and 1000m will be out and back lap of clearly marked routes following the shore side, great for those relatively new to open water event swimming. The 1900m will take you round the official Lakesman triathlon half swim loop.

Minimum age for the 500m and 1000m is 14 years (on the date of the event)

Minimum age for the 1900m event is 16 years (on the date of the event)

All entrants u18 years must have parental/guardian consent.
