Leicester's biggest running event returns!
On Sunday 1st October 2023, lace up your trainers and join us and thousands of runners from around the county and beyond together for the Run Leicester Half Marathon and 10K.
Beginning in Leicester’s Victoria Park, we’ll be taking you on a tour of Leicester’s city centre streets and beautiful parks on our much-loved original half marathon route.
Whether you're running, cheering, or volunteering we hope that you will join us and help us make this year's Run Leicester Half Marathon and 10K the biggest it has ever been! With a strong focus on keeping the beat with entertainment all the way round the route you can expect our best race atmosphere yet!
Registration includes a finishers medal for all runners on the Half Marathon. Late entrants for the 10k should note due to a large number of late entrants; any runners registering for the 10k after 17th Sept will not be entitled to a finisher's medal.

Please note that during the registration process your British Athletics/UKA membership will be checked and if valid the appropriate discount will be applied. Welsh/Scottish Athletics members should use the appropriate entry option to obtain their equivalent discount. An administration fee of 5% will be applied to each order by our online entry system partner, Results Base.

Runners can swap down from the Half Marathon to the 10k distance at any time should they wish to by sending an email to the same address.
Transfers and Deferrals
If you enter the event and subsequently are unable to participate due to injury or personal circumstances you may transfer your entry to a third party providing you use the process that is detailed HERE.
Transfers were allowed up toSunday 24th September 2023 and after that point no further transfers will be allowed. Deferrals were possible up until Friday 1st September 2023 and after that point no further deferrals will be allowed. The exception to this being if you test positive for COVID-19 or have to isolate and can provide evidence of this, in which case we will accept a deferral beyond 1st September.
