The run follows well marked, off road paths around the Ashridge Woods and has been held annually since 1992 (other than in 2020 for obvious reasons!) making this the 32nd anniversary. The course is 5.3 miles over varied trail and off road terrain. The race starts and finishes at the recreation ground off Stocks Road, Aldbury, HP23 5RX. The route will be marshalled.
Entries will only be allowed on the day if the race is not full.
Affiliated club runners £13.00
Please note that during the registration process your British Athletics/Welsh Athletics/UKA membership will be checked and if valid the appropriate discount will be applied. Scottish Athletics members can also obtain the discount by entering their membership number into the appropriate field.
Non-affiliated runners £15.00
An administration fee of 75p will be applied to each entry by our online entry system partner, Results Base.
The race is run with the kind permission of the National Trust and a donation will be made from the entry fee of every participant. It is organised by the Aldbury Sports Club.

Race numbers will be available for collection on the day of the race from 9.30am onwards.
Water will be provided for the runners. Sandwiches and refreshments are also provided at the finish for all.
