New for 2024, The Paradhis Wild Run!, a no pressure, family friendly trail run through the glorious Boconnoc estate at The Paradhis festival on Sunday the 7th July 2024! 2.5k Fun, 5k & 10k distances to choose from starting at 9am! Immerse yourself in nature & win yourself a medal by completing the Paradhis wild run through one of Cornwall's largest and most biodiverse, natural parklands!

Medals for all, no cut off times, awards for the top finishers, personalised bibs & free race photography.

The Paradhis festival is designed to cater to all, regardless of age, background, or beliefs. Our program includes a diverse range of well-being activities such as sound healing, forest bathing, breathwork, and yoga. We also have expert practitioners who will be on hand to offer one-on-one sessions and workshops.

In addition to the well-being activities, the festival showcases a lineup of the most exciting and inspirational musicians from around the world. The carefully curated lineup features a mix of internationally renowned artists and emerging talent, including indie, folk, electronic, and world music.

2.5k Fun Run – 10.30am.

Runners must have a valid ticket for the Paradhis Festival in order to participate in this event, grab your Paradhis festival tickets here!

Minimum age for this event is 5 years or the fun run, 8 years for the 5k and 14 years for the 10k, children must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
