Following the success of last seasons races, Cowdray and Raw Running are all set for the 2024/25 Series of “Run the Seasons" at Cowdray,” This is a unique opportunity to explore our country Estate in West Sussex in each season.  Runners can choose either 5km, 10km or 10mile route with canicross options.  Why not enter the 10km run series for a chance to be crowned male or female series winners and be presented with a luxury hamper from Cowdray Farm Shop & Café.  Overall winners will be decided on a points system based on their finishing position with their top three results counting towards the series.
