2022 will be the 18th year for the event which will no doubt sell out again. Arundel is picturesque market town steeped in history with its Medieval Castle and the River Arun running through the town popular with tourists and a great location for a weekend away. Race HQ is the unique Arundel Outdoor Lido right on the banks of the River Arun and under the shadow of the castle. The swim is in the heated outdoor 25m pool.

The 'Standard' and ‘Relay’ Triathlon (750m swim, 38km bike, 8km run) starts at 6:00am followed by the 'Sprint' Triathlon (400 swim, 19km bike, 5km run) at 7:40am. Not fully fit or fancy a change? Then why not try the Aqua Bike option over either the Standard or Sprint course. The race is suitable for all abilities, rolling bike course & a run along The Avenue of Trees, Swanbourne Lake and the village of South Stoke.

Catering, trade stands, showers, prizes, free T-Shirt and photos are all part of the REP experience.

** Please note, if you have registered for the race using a BTF membership number you MUST present your membership card at registration or you will be required to pay a supplement for a Day Licence. Relay teams only qualify for one discount per team.
